Orders will be processed once payment has been made through Paypal.

  • Custom Mixes usually ship in 24-48 hours, as long as payment is successfully processed.
  • All the songs we have made available work very well at speeds up to 150bpm.  If you ever choose a song that won't work we will let you know in advance.
  • If you need a BPM structure that is not listed, please let us know as well.  We can go up to 180bpm if needed.
  • Although we don't list EVERY single song, we list the ones that work best for fitness.
  • We are no longer deviating from the Songs below for Custom mixes.  If the song is NOT in the drop-down list then we cannot use it.  The main reasons for this is that many song choices do not work at higher bpm's, or require a significant amount of time to edit, thereby slowing down overall Mix completion time for other Instructors.

What we do guarantee:

  • Seamless 32ct phrasing
  • Accurate Pitch control of vocals (No Chipmunk effects) -Volume Normalization (all the songs are equal in volume) -Your Custom Mix saved in our database in-case you lose yours. Addl copies are $5.
